Junior Developmental Clinic Series: Spring Session
Dates: May 8, 15, 29, June 12 and June 26, 2010.
Location: The Golf Institute at the Club at Bond Head
Details and Program Overview
This five session series will start with skills testing and video swing analysis to establish a baseline from which a personalized program will be created. The initial session will be followed by 4 coaching sessions targeting individual weaknesses. The final session on June 26th will be a skills retesting session with each player taking home a detailed analysis of their game and game plan going forward. All classes will take place on Saturday afternoons.
The series will be conducted by Canadian PGA professionals Andrew McCormack and Katie Ferguson under the direction of Canadian PGA Master Professional Bruce McCarrol.
Daily Schedule:
Day one Saturday May 8:
2:00 - 4:00 at the Institute Building at the Club at Bond Head
- Evaluation
- Video swing analysis
- Equipment evaluation
- Short game skills testing
- Golf related bio mechanical analysis
Day two Saturday June 15:
2:00 – 4:00pm at the Institute Building at the Club at Bond Head
- Students will review the “Game Plan” as per data from assessment
- Short and long game coaching and instruction
Day three Saturday May 29:
2:00 – 4:00pm at the Institute Building at the Club at Bond Head
- Short and long game coaching and instruction.
Day four Saturday June 12:
2:00 – 4:00pm at the Institute Building at the Club at Bond Head
- Short and long game coaching and instruction
Day five Saturday June 26:
2:00 – 4:00pm at the Institute Building at the Club at Bond Head
- Re-evaluation and skills re-testing
- Video swing analysis
- Take home report and personalized program.
Cost:
Member: $395 + 19.75gst = $414.47
Non-Member*: $410 + 20.50gst = $430.50
Registration Form
Fees include: coaching sessions, practice balls, BAGS shirt and hat. *Non-members will receive Associate BAGS Tour membership status.
Players are expected to supply the following: sunscreen, snacks, drinks and rain gear.
Note: Space is limited to 10 players and there will not be any makeup dates offered for missed classes.
